This is a nice home, with two bedrooms and a full bath in the front of the house plus 2 more bedrooms and another full bath on the back side of the house.  Works great for families with kids as the layout provides privacy for adults and kids.  The neighborhood is nice, and is within walking distance of a number of stores.

There is no basement (also no water leaks either, which are common for homes with basements in the Detroit area).

The yard is fenced, and pets are allowed with approval from landlord.
